Our condominiums are constructed as single level, ranch-style dwellings. Units are offered in four (4) basic floor plan styles; each with unique exterior wall design elements and finishes. Units are oriented in clusters of four (4) per building, or "quad". Interiors are of the highest construction quality and are presented in option packages to give homeowners a choice of finishes in cabinets, countertops, appliances, and flooring.
The typical condominium development will have a spacious clubhouse with pool and amenities. The clubhouse will feature a working kitchen, a billiard table, an exercise room with equipment, and an open area with fireplace for activities or community meetings. Pool construction facilitates wading and swimming. A patio area at the pool will have a grille to facilitate community-wide or individual family cookouts.

Edgewood Development Group, Inc. is a commercial and residential development company. For the commercial market, we acquire and develop properties - which may include rezoning, creating infrastructure, and/or site improvements. We will either offer the developed property for resale or further develop the property by constructing commercial facilities such as retail space, offices, lease space, etc. For the residential market, we acquire and develop raw land in much the same way; offering improved property for resale to builders of single family homes, townhouses, and apartments. As an EPCON Communities franchisee, we also construct and sell ranch-style condominiums to the active adult community.
Our main office is in Perry, Georgia; our area of operations is the Southeastern United States.
Our communities are noted for their attention to land planning and their strategic use of landscaping to create areas conducive to private outdoor entertaining... a feature seldom found in typical townhouse developments.

Our communities are landscaped to diminish the sense of it being a recent development... deftly utilizing the natural contours of a particular site and using planned green space to create a feeling of seclusion and harmony with natural surroundings.
